Advertising cookies

We use online advertisements to promote our services. We prefer to do this as targeted as possible to keep costs low and to avoid showing you unnecessary advertisements from us. For this purpose, we use: Google AdWords, Google Dynamic Remarketing and Retargeting Lists for Search Ads (RLSA), Facebook Custom Audiences (we do not share our customer database with Meta), Microsoft Bing Ads, and DoubleClick (from Google).
With these cookies, we can:

  • Track which advertisements you have already seen. This prevents you from seeing the same advertisements too often.
  • Track how many visitors click on our advertisements.
  • Track how many visitors purchase a service from us after clicking on an advertisement. This allows us to analyze how effective our advertisements are.
  • Track whether you have already purchased certain services from us. You will then not see unnecessary advertisements.

We use personal data (anonymously) to show personalized advertisements via the Google advertising network.

Even if you do not accept cookies, you may still encounter advertisements from us online. This is because not all of our advertisements use cookies. However, with cookies, we can show you advertisements that are relevant to you and are therefore personalized.

Google Ads

With Google Ads advertisements, we show generic and personalized advertisements about our products and services. We do this in the following way:

  • Within Google Ads, we observe demographic data (gender, age, income, device, and intentions) to get to know our target audience better;
  • We target advertising at people searching on Google for one or more search terms relevant to us;
  • We target advertising at visitors who have previously viewed our webshop (remarketing);
  • We target advertising on YouTube based on topics or channels;
  • We target advertising at websites that mention one or more relevant topics in their content;
  • We target advertising at websites that we have pre-selected, because we believe that our target audience visits these websites.

Bing Ads

  • We target advertising at people searching on Bing for one or more search terms relevant to us search terms.
