Sustainability: data-driven sustainability of buildings

With Sustainability, PULSE CORE helps organizations achieve structural sustainability. Not with isolated measurements, but with an integrated approach in which monitoring, analysis, and follow-up come together. Energy usage is clearly presented in multiple dashboards, each with its own focus: from daily and weekly patterns to benchmarking of multiple buildings.

Our platform

Implementation at the start

During the implementation of Sustainability, PULSE CORE provides, among other things:

Unlocking smart main and/or intermediate meters.

Unlocking energy meters connected to the building management system.

Install additional measurement points and optimize for in-depth insight.

Configuration of the dashboard including specific building characteristics, CO₂ factors and applicable energy tariffs.

Sustainability begins with insight

The power of optimization lies in the level of detail in the analysis. From main meters and sub-meters to generators and distribution systems: we analyze performance with a focus on energy efficiency. In this way, we support building managers and consultants in realizing their objectives and achieving ISO 50001 goals, such as cost reduction and reducing CO₂ emissions.

The data collected from the building management system forms the basis for KPI monitoring via the Performance Centre. Here, continuous insight is provided into technical and contractual performance over any desired period.

Deviations, such as declining solar panel yields or approaching contract capacity limits, are automatically flagged in the Action Centre. This ensures that control over energy performance always remains in your own hands and that unnecessary costs are actively prevented.

24/7 control over installations

PULSE CORE monitors installations fully autonomously, day and night. When anomalies occur that require attention, such as reduced solar panel yield or an impending exceeding of the contract capacity, a notification automatically appears in the Action Centre.

The power of Building Blocks

Sustainability can be deployed completely independently within PULSE CORE. At the same time, the greatest value is created when combined with other Building Blocks, such as Comfort and Assets. After all, energy performance is directly influenced by factors such as the indoor climate, daily use, and the technical condition of installations.

Theoretical knowledge and years of practical experience are combined within our team. Together, we support clients and our organization with efficient building management and maintenance. All of this with a service-oriented attitude.
