Through a single operational platform, real-time insight is gained into all management and maintenance processes and the actions required to keep buildings in optimal condition. This allows facilities and technical teams to get a grip on daily processes and long-term management.

Operation Support consists of various components that together support the daily management of buildings:

Buildings & installations

This forms the heart of the information provision. All data regarding buildings, spaces, and installations is collected centrally here.

Malfunctions and reports

All non-schedulable incidents and malfunctions are managed via digital tickets, where the exact status and progress are visible for each ticket.

Quotations and orders

An overview of all open and completed quotes. Approval can be done directly within the platform, allowing work to be scheduled and executed more quickly.

Maintenance schedule

This planning overview shows exactly when inspections and maintenance periods are scheduled or completed. This ensures the continuity of building performance.

Documents and certificates

Inspection reports, manuals, and other documents can be easily found using a handy search function.

QR code integration

Technical installations can be equipped with unique QR codes. By scanning this code on-site, there is direct access to the maintenance history, technical specifications, and documentation. This ensures that technicians and inspectors always have up-to-date information, and changes can be recorded on-site, minimizing the margin of error.
