Thanks to the close collaboration with SPIE’s operational teams, data insights derived from the building’s digital twin are converted into concrete actions.

Everything arranged in one central location

Operation Support makes collaboration with SPIE simple and transparent. From the initial report to the final invoicing: everything is handled within this environment. This creates a closed process in which execution by SPIE and management by the building manager seamlessly align.

Even without a contract with SPIE

Although PULSE CORE is part of SPIE, organizations can also use our platform without an operational contract.

In that case, all Building Blocks, with the exception of Operation Support, remain available to building managers.

The data analyses and insights can be used to manage in-house maintenance parties, supported by advice from Consultancy.

Operation Support

Specifically for customers who have outsourced their management and maintenance to SPIE, PULSE offers COREOperation Support. This supports the technical teams on-site with real-time data and clear workflows, which increases the quality and speed of service delivery:

SPIE technicians scan the QR code during an installation to immediately retrieve the complete maintenance history and diagnose malfunctions faster.

Because all activities are recorded in the same system, work orders, inspection schedules, and repair progress are continuously visible.  

Theoretical knowledge and years of practical experience are combined within our team. Together, we support clients and our organization with efficient building management and maintenance. All of this with a service-oriented attitude.
