Many building managers face the same challenge: a wealth of data is available, but it is often fragmented across various systems. PULSE CORE changes that: our platform acts as a central control for one control&room for one buildings.
It links all maintenance planning history data meter sensor information installations and&building and&open source data such KMNI to one clear system. As a result, data does not remain a separate parameter, but becomes a powerful auxiliary and control tool.
The platform is built from five components, also known as Building Blocks. Each component focuses on a specific aspect of building performance and can be implemented independently.
This allows organizations, depending on their objectives, to start small and expand step by step or opt directly for a full implementation.
